• Black Pine will not provide any services for which a contractor's license is required (i.e. taking down fences, manipulating decking, etc.)
• Black Pine will not perform any services for which an electrician's license is required.
• Payment is due before or immediately upon completion of service.
• Prices are based on a one year contract.
• 30% cancellation fee assessed to remaining balance of contracted services
