All products sold by Blackpinespas.com come complete with the manufacturer's warranties. You may return any unopened, unused, or defective product to us, postage paid (packages should be properly packed and insured), within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by the original sales receipt/invoice. Any special order or custom made items including but not limited to spas, covers, and electrical parts may not be canceled or returned because they cannot be resold.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be accompanied with a return authorization number that you can obtain by calling our toll-free 1-800 number or filling out the questionnaire below.
